Bex Multi-level Approach to Increasing Learner Agency Step by Step is an approach that will allow teachers to differentiate the degree of agency in their class to best meet their learners’ needs.  It will support teachers to understand the different skills, attitudes and behaviours required at different levels, so they can identify when their learners are ready for increased agency in their learning.

The resource includes 5 different levels and for each level:

1. Outline of what learners can already do, and what they're learning to do
   
2. Black and White Posters to display for each level
3. Images of the medals on their own
4. "I Can" Checklists for Learners for each level
5. Teacher class list to keep track of the levels their learners are working at
6. Certificates to award learners when they achieve a particular level
